TruChoiceOnline.com can help you minimize errors when submitting transactions and speed up the processing of your payments.
To support this goal, TruChoiceOnline.com allows you to see:
- The qualifying acre calculation as you enter quantity of DuPont approved corn herbicides.
- If an error does occur when entering data, you will receive a short message explaining the nature of the error.
- The method of payment you chose for TruChoice Program transactions and where you directed the payments to be sent.
- A complete summary of all transaction and their payment status.
- A financial summary by retail location.
We've implemented these features to insure your information is inputted accurately and your reimbursement is not delayed.
Once an online transaction is approved by DuPont and PHI Financial Services, Inc payment will be processed in (5) business days.
If you have elected to receive payment via paper check please allow for mail time.
